We primarily practice in the Upstate of South Carolina which includes the counties of Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Greenville, Spartanburg, Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, and Newberry. However, please know that I will be more than happy to assist you with your legal needs in other regions of South Carolina as well.

Our main practice areas are Criminal Defense, DUI Defense, Driving with an Unlawful Alcohol Concentration (DUAC) Defense, Alcohol Violations (such as Open Container and Underage Alcohol Possession), Drug Violations, Burglary, Sex Crimes, Property Crimes, Traffic Violations (such as Driving Under Suspension, speeding Tickets, Failure to Stop) and a wide variety of other criminal charges. We also practice in areas of Alcohol Business Licensing, Personal Injury Cases (such as Automobile Accidents, Tractor-Trailer Accidents, Slip and Fall Injuries and Animal Attacks), Workers’ Compensation, Medical Malpractice, and Products Liability.

What are your business hours?

Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. However, if you are unable to set up an appointment during regular business hours, arrangements can be made to meet with you before or after hours or on a week-end.
