Spider Littleton is a retired law enforcement officer experienced with several agencies in the upstate of South Carolina. He has worked many different assignments during his career, some of which include traffic enforcement, K-9, drug interdiction, narcotics and bomb squad. He has been qualified as an expert, testifying at both the state and federal levels.
The benefit of having a full time investigator is that arrests don’t always happen during “business hours”. As our investigator, Spider is able to survey the location of arrest at a time similar to the alleged violation providing the attorneys at the Cole Law Firm accurate information when preparing your case for court. He reviews all audio/video evidence and confers with the attorneys before and during trials.
Since joining Cole Law Firm in January of 2011 Spider, in order to keep up to date with the most current new laws and procedures that law enforcement must follow, has attended NHTSA’s “DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing” The DUI/SFST Practitioner Course, NHTSA “Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement” course (ARIDE) and NHTSA DECP/DRE Overview Training.
